· We have used a premium Irish malt and 9 year old Irish grain. It was then gently cut and finished in Port Casks from The Douro Valley at our Atlantic Ocean warehouse.

NOSE:
Fresh, sweet apples, ripe peaches and vanilla, creamy with a hint of wood character in the background.
鮮甜的蘋果、成熟的桃子和香草的香味、帶有木質味的奶油香氣。

PALATE:
Very fruity with cherries, raisins and soft spices, some chilli and cardamom.
帶有櫻桃、葡萄乾和香料的味道，仿如一些辣椒和小荳蔻的味道。

FINISH:
Middle long with soft spice and a hint of chocolate.
頗長及柔和的香料香味和淡淡的巧克力味道。

公司簡介： CLONAKILTY DISTILLERY 於 2016 年成立，到 2018 年在 Clonakilty 鎮上的心臟地帶設立一間現代化釀酒廠，釀酒廠擁有 3 座閃閃發光的銅罐蒸餾器，在這裡更設有遊客中心、商店和餐廳，不但成為 CLONAKILTY DISTILLERY 威士忌的發源地，同時創造了屢獲殊榮的新品牌。CLONAKILTY DISTILLERY 釀酒廠原是愛爾蘭西南海岸的一個小型家庭農場，Slon 家族已連續 9 代在這片被風吹拂的沿海土地上種植自己傳統大麥。憑藉大自然提供的優質土地、純淨的水和鹹海空氣，為釀酒廠提供了完美的原料；而且在幾英里之外的懸崖峭壁上有座面對大西洋的倉庫，這裡的海洋環境融合了陳釀，裝瓶和手工標記等重要環節。為了實現蒸餾出世界上最好的單鍋還是愛爾蘭威士忌這一目標，除了尊重過去幾代人的傳統釀造方法，並需接受現代化釀酒技術的探索和創新所帶來的驚喜與蛻變。
