Grapes variety: 100% Pinot Noir (葡萄品種:黑皮諾) Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration. A part of the blend is aged in oak barrels for 6 - 9 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC SHEET (品嚐觀感) Dark ruby color. Nose of aromatic, with scents of black and red berries mixed with flower aromas. Rich, long and complex, displays fruity flavours (cherries, blackberries, blackcurrants). Fresh and fruit, all in harmony.
